Aditya believes that If you identify the intersection of your aspirations, what you’re good at, what the world wants and what you can get paid for, you’ve designed your ideal career
I am a seasoned Tech and Business leader, world traveller (4 world wonders and 5 continents), mentor, coach and above all a caring human! I have over 15 years of experience at Fortune 200 companies like Amazon (6 years) and Salesforce (7 years) across the USA and Australia. I have lived in 3 continents which has enriched my life and created an identity as a global citizen incorporating a melange of cultural traits, traditions and behaviours from each country I lived in.
I graduated during the peak recession in 2008 with a Masters degree in Information Management, but I was able to land multiple job offers. I have grown from a junior engineer to a senior leader within 10 years. I have a breadth of experience across Engineering, Product, Strategy, Operations and Customer Success.
I love ambiguous problems and enjoy building things from scratch. I had the opportunity to work on disruptive businesses and products like the launch of Prime Free One Day shipping, Alexa platform for 3rd party skill developers and the first Kindle devices.

My most notable achievement is incubating and launching a brand new Customer Success centre of excellence for Tableau and Salesforce. I helped design this centre from scratch and hired 23 people during COVID (reviewed over 500 resumes and conducted over 200 interviews) and operationalised this team. This location outperformed all the other locations globally.
At least 3 of my career defining job roles were co-created with the hiring manager because I showcase my abilities and potential over just a coffee chat! More than 80% of the time in my career, I achieved an “exceeds” or “outstanding” rating. It is my calling, purpose and dedication to helping my clients achieve the best results for themselves.
